Service Sales and Program Manager, Partnering Business

Your contribution
As the PB Service Sales and Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of service concept development for new platforms, products, and derivatives. You will coordinate effective and efficient service contributions during the development phase, develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize profitability. Your responsibilities include implementation and managing service concepts with OEM Customers, ensuring superior customer service experiences within the partnering business, and driving both top and bottom-line success through strong processes and business analytics.
Responsibilities
* Develop, realize, and launch service concepts for new platforms and products in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Establish service project plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
* Coordinate and manage stakeholders, both internal and external (including customers, R&D, etc.).
* Lead regular meetings, manage agendas, document action items, and ensure project documentation with all stakeholders.
* Ensure smooth transfer from development to series phase with all relevant parties.
* Lead service contract scope and commercial negotiations related to Service & Aftersales within the Partnering Business.
* Manage customer success for all service-related topics and represent Tecan in quarterly business reviews.
* Provide service sales forecasts in alignment with corporate financial guidelines and manage tactical pricing within existing contracts.
Your background

* Master's degree or equivalent in a technical or scientific field.
* Additional qualifications in project management or process management are a plus.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience, including cross-functional R&D projects, customer interactions & management, and service experience.
* Experience in the life sciences sector is advantageous.
* Proficiency in English and German.
* Willingness to travel.
* Strong leadership mentality, excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and expertise in stakeholder management.
