Our client, a family-run business specializing in the wine industry, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand its team in German-speaking Switzerland, under the supervision of the Sales Director.
Your missions:
* Develop and retain a portfolio of clients (individuals, professionals, and CHR sector).
* Advise and support customers in selecting wines and spirits based on their needs.
* Actively prospect new clients and drive revenue growth.
* Organize and host tastings and events to promote our products.
* Ensure order follow-up and guarantee customer satisfaction.
* Analyze the local market and propose suitable commercial strategies.
* Collaborate with the team to enhance product visibility in stores and at events.
Your profile:
* Proven sales experience, ideally in the wine, gastronomy, or premium product sector.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
* Good knowledge of the wine industry and a passion for the world of wine.
* Autonomy, rigor, and dynamism.
* Fluency in Swiss German is essential to communicate with the local clientele.
