Responsibilities

* Sales & Business Development – Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies to grow your client base and increase sales.
* Policy Management & Customer Support – Assist clients with policy applications, claims, renewals, and any changes to their coverage while providing ongoing support and guidance.
* Financial Education & Advocacy – Educate clients on the importance of life insurance, financial planning, and wealth protection to help them make informed decisions.
* Self-Management & Professional Growth – Maintain a flexible schedule, stay updated on industry trends and regulations, and continuously improve sales and communication skills through training and mentorship.
Qualifications
* No Experience Required – No prior experience in insurance or sales is necessary; training and mentorship are provided.
* Entrepreneurial Mindset – Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to build a business with great earning potential.
* Strong Communication Skills – Ability to connect with clients, explain financial concepts clearly, and build lasting relationships.
* Willingness to Obtain a License – No license is needed to start, but candidates must obtain their life insurance license within 9 days.
