As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for several critical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contact person for GBS Team and auditors for CertIQ issues.
2. Prepare client offers that meet their specific needs.
3. Coordinate audits and manage deadlines in CertIQ, ensuring timely completion.
4. Maintain accurate records in the CertIQ database and CRM system.
5. Handle client issues efficiently and effectively.
6. Communicate with clients before and after audits to ensure their satisfaction.
7. Approve auditor invoices in a timely manner.
8. Upload relevant documents to Sharepoint and ePac platforms.
9. Provide vacation cover for other back-office employees as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
1. A basic commercial education is essential, with additional training being beneficial.
2. You should have several years of experience in this role or a similar position.
3. Fluency in both German and English languages is required.
4. You should be proficient in modern PC applications.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
