Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manager/Recruitment Consultant
Location: Bioggio, Switzerland (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)

Responsibilities:
* Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters in production environments
* Automate deployments and scale applications using CI/CD tools
* Monitor and maintain cluster health, ensuring high availability and performance
* Collaborate with DevOps, development, and security teams to streamline operations
* Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and follow container security best practices
Required Skills:
* Proven experience with Kubernetes and Docker
* Hands-on with tools like Helm, Istio, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
* Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
* Scripting in Shell, Python, or Go
* Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
* Solid understanding of microservices architecture and containerized environments
* Fluent English is required; additional language skills are a plus
* Work authorization for Switzerland is mandatory
* EU passport holders are welcome to apply
