Brand Developer - Kiddylicous
About the Role:
In this key position, you will be responsible for driving the global growth and development of the Kiddylicous brand in line with our Natural Foods Growth Model.
You will act as the brand owner at a global level, initiating and developing assets to build the brand memory structure worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Brand Development: Establish strong relationships with the UK-based team to gain an in-depth understanding of the brand's origin and DNA.
* Innovation Leadership: Lead the Kiddylicious innovation team and develop the innovation strategy for the brand.
* Single-Minded View: Ensure a unified vision of the Kiddylicous brand across the entire organization, providing colleagues with consistent communication tools (in-store and digital media).
* Growth Champion: Drive growth in line with the Kiddylicious Growth Model, focusing on distribution & visibility, range, innovation, price and promo, e-commerce, and media.
* Market Activation: Collaborate with local teams to stimulate passion for the brands, resulting in strong launch plans for new markets and successful activation strategies in existing markets.
Requirements:
* Academic Background: A Master's degree in a business-focused field, with marketing add-ons being advantageous.
* Personal Qualities: A personal affinity with healthy snacking, demonstrating passion and commitment to the products.
* Attitude and Skills: Hands-on attitude, curiosity to learn, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results in both the short and long term.
* Cultural Adaptability: Comfort in a multicultural environment, with excellent collaboration and communication skills across all levels. Fluency in English is essential.
