Senior Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to elevate our salesforce through coaching, motivation, and training. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and attracting talented salespeople, onboarding, training, coaching, and nurturing them until they become effective producers.
The successful candidate will be a natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with clients and team members alike. They will strategically cultivate new and powerful ways to engage clients, catapulting our business into further success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Motivate, teach, and train agents to achieve their full potential, while hiring and nurturing new talent to join the team.
* Determine and implement attainable goals for agents through coaching and exceptional communication skills.
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to attain organizational sales goals and revenues.
* Manage the activities and performance of the sales team, ensuring everyone is working towards a common goal.
* Create timely and accurate sales reports to inform decision-making.
