To support our growth and reinforce our team, we are seeking a skilled IT Security Specialist. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage a comprehensive IT security framework, ensuring the protection of systems and data against potential threats. Your expertise will help ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Configure and manage security tools, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and patch management systems.
2. Monitor and analyze network traffic, identifying and addressing vulnerabilities to prevent unauthorized access or unusual activity.
3. Establish and enforce policies for network and application security, access control, and data protection (including encryption, tokenization, and data classification).
4. Conduct security awareness campaigns and training for internal teams.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and prepare security reports for stakeholders.
6. Support audit processes, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery initiatives.
7. Regularly update and enhance the cybersecurity risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively.
8. Track and analyze cybersecurity metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational security objectives.
9. Communicate risk assessments, metrics, and findings to stakeholders.
Your Profile:
1. A degree in computer science or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in IT security, preferably in regulated industries such as finance, banking, or asset management.
3. Strong knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats, methodologies, tools, and remediation strategies.
4. Proficiency with advanced security solutions, including those for endpoints and perimeters (e.g., Forcepoint, Cortex).
5. Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware) and disaster recovery strategies, including cloud solutions like Microsoft Azure and MS Office 365.
6. Fluency in English and French.
7. Swiss residency.
