Role Overview
Stratpharma, a Swiss Dermatology company, seeks a Hospital Sales Representative to contribute to its expanding presence in medical dermatology within hospitals across Switzerland.
This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by promoting and selling Stratpharma's portfolio of products to healthcare professionals in medical institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish Relationships
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital pharmacy directors, and key decision-makers within assigned hospitals.
* Sales Performance
o Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
* Product Education
o Provide in-depth product training and education to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal understanding and utilization of Stratpharma's products.
* Market Monitoring
o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategically position Stratpharma's products and services.
* Presentation and Demonstration
o Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to meet the specific needs of hospital staff and decision-makers.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of key initiatives.

Requirements
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related field.
* At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, preferably within dermatology.
* Strong knowledge of the hospital environment and ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven capacity to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
* Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Fluent in both English and German or French; additional languages are a plus.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
