About the team you are joining
Working within the CyberSecurity team in the Information & Data (I&D) division, this role will report to the Senior Information Security Manager. This role is to assist the team with policy and procedure documentation as part of our Information Security Management System (ISMS), metrics and reporting, GRC tasks, managing security awareness, threat intelligence sharing and research, and cybersecurity events coordination; ensuring the protection of IATA’s information assets.
What your day would be like
Under the leadership of the Senior Information Security Manager:
1. Create and maintain Security Team policy documentation in support of our ISMS and based on input from SMEs;
2. Assist with compliance and certification tasks and help coordinate these tasks with external teams;
3. Assist with enterprise risk management tasks and coordinate these tasks with external teams, including reported risks and audit findings with their related action plans;
4. Assist with threat intelligence sharing and research as directed by Security Team SMEs;
5. Build and maintain Security Team metrics and dashboards to facilitate communication with Senior Management;
6. Assist with cybersecurity awareness training and events coordination, including IATA’s yearly Data and Cybersecurity Symposium.
We would love to hear from you if
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related field;
* Experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, Security Compliance, or Threat Intelligence;
* Strong knowledge of CyberSecurity principles, practices, and technologies including cloud technologies;
* Interest in emerging CyberSecurity technologies and threats;
* Knowledge of ISO 27001 / PCI-DSS / SOC2;
* Relevant IT certification (Security+, CISSP, GIAC, ECIH, OSCP, CEH or similar) is an asset;
* Excellent oral and written English; Knowledge of another language is an asset.
