The Position
As our Responsible Person (RP), you will a member of the Global Quality Team for SwissCo CDMO Operations GmbH, the Legal Entity managing the Biologics products manufactured in Anagni (Italy) & Brussels (Belgium). You will be reporting directly to Corporate Vice President of Quality.
You will also:
- Be responsible to perform activities linked to the authorization of foreign trade of medicinal products, pursuant to section 3 and article 23, of the Medicinal Products Licensing Ordinance (Arzneimittel-Bewilligungsverordnung “AMBV”; Classified Compilation of Federal Legislation “SR” 812.212.1).
- Have ownership and maintenance responsibility for the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Cham facility.
- Support the Brownfield quality function working on compliance matters across Italy, Belgium and USA.
- Support the company Environment Health & Safety (EHS) and Security by championing locally corresponding policies, processes, trainings and continuous improvement initiatives under corporate guidance.
- Be responsible to manage the regulatory relationship with Swiss Medic and ensure the maintenance of the appropriate Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) licences.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be located up to 2 hours’ drive from Cham. You should also possess strong cooperation and communication skills, combined with a curious, innovative, proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
Additionally, you should also have:
- Responsible Person Designation.
- Degree in natural sciences (pharmacy, medicine, engineering, chemistry, biology, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an RP with Good Distribution Practices scope.
- High Quality mind-set.
- Professional Proficiency in one Swiss National Languages (ideally German) and Fluency in English.

Based at our facility in Cham, the department is responsible for ensuring the validated state of our utility systems and providing technical support for our operations.
