Job Description
As a Business Analyst in the Capability Area Wholesale Finance within IKEA Supply AG, you will play a key role in driving business value and growth in a fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify business needs, manage requirements, and evaluate solutions. This includes:
* Identifying potential improvements by eliciting, analysing, and documenting business needs.
* Evaluating business consequences and risks associated with solution alternatives for processes, organisations, tools, and information.
* Ensuring quality and traceability of stakeholder needs and business requirements, and supporting the evaluation of solution alternatives.
* Communicating and clarifying evolving business needs throughout a project or solution life cycle.
* Reviewing test plans and test cases to ensure compliance with requirements, and supporting testing activities.
Key Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with:
* Extensive knowledge and experience in business analysis and modelling, as well as requirements management process according to BABOK and BA certification.
* Knowledge of or experience working with finance management processes, particularly financial planning and budgeting processes.
* Experience with SAAS-based EPM software and driver-based planning methodology.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to see the big picture and details, find patterns, and structure complex information.
* Experience working in agile methodology and in a global environment.
