Job Description: In this dynamic role, you will be tasked with:
Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence
Manage product and segment growth
Support product launches and sales
Drive product segment strategy and pricing management
Hold global responsibility for product and application management
Implement corporate strategy
Manage and develop team members
Participate in industry events
Support sales talks and contract negotiations
Profil attendu The desired profile covers the following points:
Preferred background in basic technical training as a chemical laboratory technician or machining
University degree in chemistry, mechanical engineering, or related field
Additional training in business administration
Demonstrated success in international product and application management within the metalworking industry, specifically in machining manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or toolmaking sectors
Experience with sustainability initiatives is a plus
Proficiency in English and German required; knowledge of French is an advantage
Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
