In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in shaping our product strategy, using analytics and user insights to refine features, improve self-service capabilities, and deliver a best-in-class digital customer experience.
What is the role about?
As a Product Owner (f/m/d), you’ll focus on understanding customer behavior through data analytics to optimize our digital touchpoints. Your role is pivotal in translating user insights, business objectives, and technical feasibility into a clear, strategic roadmap that enhances the customer journey and self-service experience.
Your Role:
* Manage and prioritize tasks to align with the product strategy and team roadmap, ensuring high-level strategies translate seamlessly into actionable deliverables.
* Leverage data-driven insights, user behavior analytics, and customer feedback to continuously improve the customer portal and e-commerce experience. Identify pain points, optimize workflows, and refine self-service functionalities to drive higher adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
* Co-develop data-informed product strategies to enhance transactional processes, self-service capabilities, and overall usability. Ensure improvements are guided by analytics, A/B testing, and customer needs, maximizing efficiency, user experience, and conversion rates.
* Champion agile principles and practices, enabling the broader organization to adopt an agile mindset for improved collaboration and efficiency.
* Define, craft, and prioritize user stories while monitoring their impact on business outcomes, customer engagement, and satisfaction.
* Maintain and refine the endress.com roadmap, integrating insights and feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
Your Profile:
* Hold a degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Approximately five years of experience as a Product Owner or IT Product Development Manager, preferably in e-commerce, digital platforms, or customer portals.
* Deep understanding of SCRUM and agile methodologies, with proven hands-on experience (SCRUM certification is a plus).
* Optimizing digital self-service platforms, e-commerce functionalities, and customer portals to enhance usability and drive engagement.
* Experience in using analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights to refine product features and improve conversion rates.
* Comfortable working with UX teams, developers, and IT stakeholders to align product improvements with technical feasibility and customer needs.
* Data-driven, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, digital environment.
* Excellent communication skills, strong intercultural sensitivity, and enjoy working as part of a cross-functional team.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in German or any additional language is an advantage.
* Demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
