We are looking for a new colleague as part of the Institutional Client Coverage Client Service Team in Switzerland with the following activities:
1. Competent contact person for the client advisors of institutional clients
2. Review of contractually relevant documents, especially against the background of regulatory, legal and economically relevant aspects (KYC, AML, taxes, etc.)
3. Implementation and management of internal processes for approval and risk management
4. Responsibility and coordination for setting up the legal framework for customer relationships such as contracts
5. Responsible for coordinating front-to-back processes for specific changes and transactions
6. Central customer complaint management
7. Responsibility for the legal archiving of customer documents
8. Collaboration in and, if necessary, management of projects
You have:
1. Sound operational process knowledge in the securities industry (front-to-back, preferably in asset management)
2. Excellent knowledge of German and English (French is an advantage)
3. Good organizational skills, accurate and detailed work
4. Good communication and teamwork skills
5. Assertiveness and persuasiveness
6. Affinity for legal and regulatory topics
7. Experiences of KYC requirements in Switzerland (VSB)
8. Further training in the direction of AZEK, CIIA or CFA is an advantage
