Role Responsibilities
1. You must ensure that all transactions are carried out in accordance with our compliance standards.
2. You will also address customer queries in a timely manner.
Role Requirements
1. Experience in cash handling.
2. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
3. Local language depending on the region – German, French, Italian, English; any other language is beneficial.
4. Team-oriented and flexible with work schedules.
5. Experience in customer service in retail, money transfer operations or tourism is preferred.

Full-time role with rotating shifts.
