Your Challenges:
1. Driving Standardization Part Strategy: Develop a global standardization part strategy for electrical C-part assortment, aligning with company-specific requirements and economic conditions.
2. Process Development and Implementation: Further develop processes and tools for the successful implementation of the standardization strategy.
3. Electrical Standards and Guidelines: Create, steer, and approve electrical standards and guidelines in close cooperation with expert networks.
4. Customer Support and Guidance: Provide support and advice to customers (business units, sales, marketing, manufacturing) on the application of documents.
5. Global Understanding and Compliance: Ensure that electrical standards and guidelines are well understood and followed globally.
6. Standardization Strategy Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of the standardization strategy and develop new requirements/methods in collaboration with interdisciplinary expert networks.
7. System Administration and Release: Monitor, administer, and release electrical standards and electrical catalog parts, as well as basic tables and article specifications, in the PDM/ERP system.
8. Documentation and Quality System: Provide documentation for procedures and processes in addition to the quality system (ISO 9001).
9. Consulting, Training, and Support: Offer consulting, training, and support in the application of internal electrical standards and guidelines.
10. Internal Standards and Guidelines: Prepare, maintain, and develop internal standards and guidelines together with technical experts.
11. Technical Specifications and Regulations: Create internal technical specifications, regulations, and standards.
12. International Norms and Standards: Align with technical experts regarding international norms and standards and factory standards.
13. Electrical Engineering Support: Support electrical engineering in assembly, customer requests, and product development.
14. Third-Level Support: Provide third-level support for product complaints.
15. Solution Development and Coordination: Coordinate the design of electrical engineering and solution development.
Your Competences:
1. Global Standardization Experience: Proven experience in global standardization topics of electrical part assortment for the manufacturing industry.
2. Cross-Functional Teamwork: Operating experience working directly with customers, system partners, and in cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams.
3. Electrical Engineering Expertise: Several years of experience in electrical engineering environments.
4. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or similar in Electrical/Electromechanical Product Development or comparable.
5. Analytical and Networked Thinking: Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, willingness to learn, distinct networked thinking, and organizational skills.
6. Independence and Flexibility: Independence, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, reliability, and enjoyment of contact with people.
