Would you like to support our clients' Medical Affairs and Commercial teams?
In the below mentioned role, you will provide administrative assistance with responsibilities including vendor management, event management, and order & invoice management.
Your Tasks:
* Manage purchase orders and process accounts payable invoices
* Vendor management (set up and manage in online platforms)
* Event management in dedicated tool (entering event details, securing approval, ensuring all required documentation is available, entering payment records)
* Perform cost tracking, manage accruals, and be in charge of the budget sheet
* Provide telephone support; assume responsibility for copying, and develop and maintain filing systems and handle incoming post and parcels
* Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, and similar files as directed
* Demonstrate confidentiality in the execution of all responsibilities
* Provide support for other administrative assistants and perform other duties as required
Your Profile:
* Strong PC literacy including basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Good verbal and written communication skills, including in both German and English
* Experience in similar roles
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple competing tasks and demands
* Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
* Natural team player able to work in a cross-functional team
