Job Description
This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester break and will offer flexibility during studies with approx. 3 working days a week. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for at least 1.5 years. Start date is as soon as possible.
Your main tasks as Student Support within the Private Markets Operations Investment Controlling team include:
* Support of daily operations (incoming data handling, fund valuation check, NAV check);
* Maintaining Private Equity related databases and analyzing data from excel with input to upload sheet;
* Reviewing quarterly portfolio valuations and cash flows prepared by administrators;
* Analyzing financial reports received from Private Equity fund managers;
* Preparing data for investors’ reporting and presentations (include manual reporting tasks);
* Processing of client inquiries.
Requirements
* Currently studying business administration or similar at Bachelor level;
* First exposure to the financial industry;
* Analytical and high focus on details;
* Ability to work to challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality;
* Solid MS office skills, in particular Excel;
* Proficient English skills, additional languages such as Japanese or German are a plus;
* International background and mindset.
