HR Operations Specialist Finding the talent that makes Deloitte unique
You will be part of the People Operations Team and responsible for the end-to-end employee life cycle. You will work in an agile working environment that enables you to develop your expertise in other HR areas and ultimately shape the way we hire, work and collaborate at Deloitte.
How you can make an impact
1. You will be responsible for the whole administrative life cycle of an employee (, on/off-boarding, parental leave, reference letter, and contractual change)
2. You will work closely with the payroll team by, keeping the employee data in the core system up to date (SAP), entering variable data, processing child allowance, etc.
3. Engage daily with internal clients, coordinating and optimizingplex processes, and providing support during escalations
4. Continuously improve and digitalize HR processes as part of HR projects, taking on exciting additional tasks
Who we are looking for
5. You have a proactive mindset and can work independently, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels and being a good team player
6. mercial or academic background, preferably with HR specialization (, HR Assistant or HR Specialist certification)
7. You have at least two years of proven experience in HR Operations in Switzerland
8. You have a solid knowledge of Swiss labour law
9. You can show a high degree of structure and self-organization, independent working style, deadline-oriented, and analytical approach with attention to detail
10. You have excellent Microsoft Office skills and preferably you are familiar with the tool SAP HCM
11. You are fluent in French or German and in English
