Your Responsibilities:
Store Construction
* Coordination, communication, supervision of store fitting projects from feasibility and cost assessment to completion and store opening.
* Participation in the development of store layouts with specified store concepts together with internal and external service providers.
* Procurement management for defined sub-units of projects.
* Responsibility for project budgeting, its control and compliance.
* Client representative vis-à-vis general contractors, architects, and property owners.
* Co-operation with the parent company, specialist departments and their subsidiaries as well as participation in new tenders and negotiation of projects.
Maintenance
* Interface to the day-to-day business of internal and external participants for maintenance and facility management stakeholders.
* Specialist for claims/damages.
* Ensuring compliance with legal safety regulations and rules of conduct.
* Coordination, communication and monitoring of cleaning and pest control protocols.
* Review, retendering and negotiation of conditions with maintenance service providers.
* Representation vis-à-vis property owners and shopping center operators to ensure the proper maintenance of the shopping center.
* Planning and adjustment of the annual maintenance budget.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
* Completed basic technical training (with an advantage in the field of construction) with appropriate further training in project management.
* Several years of professional experience in project management and supervision of interior/shop conversions.
* High cost and quality awareness.
* Willingness and ability to communicate with different stakeholders in different languages.
* Independent, goal- and solution-orientated, efficient working methods.
* Healthy assertiveness and conflict management.
* Mother tongue German/French (or at least level C2), Business fluent in English (at least level B2), knowledge of Italian an advantage.
* Confident handling of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS-Outlook is required. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
