CONTEXT
Richemont is accelerating its logistics transformation, including the implementation of new distribution models and the adaptation of the logistics network in all regions. Agility, speed and being customer centric are the key drivers for a successful logistics transformation at the service of all our Maisons.
In this context, we are seeking a Logistics Business Process Owner with a strong track record in warehousing operations and change management.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a Logistics Business Process Owner, you will participate in the elaboration, evolution and standardization of our logistics operating model, in close collaboration with the logistics operations in our regions and our Group Platforms (IT) department.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Mastering the logistics operating model and representing the logistics function in all relevant projects
* Contributing to the logistics worldwide roadmap to reinforce the efficiency and standardization of the logistics operating model
* Understanding and validating changes in the logistics operating model proposed by logistics operations and by projects
* Managing the relationship with the Group Platforms department (formalizing needs, validating IT solutions, etc.) to ensure adequacy between logistics needs and technical solutions
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* You have a university degree or equivalent with at least 8 years of professional experience
* You have proven expertise in logistics process design and reengineering (warehousing and transportation), along with hands-on WMS implementation experience (ideally SAP EWM)
* You possess convincing interpersonal skills, with the ability to constructively argue and influence decisions, as well as accompany teams through change. You are positive and adaptive to people from different disciplines, with varying degrees of technical experience, in an international context
* You are autonomous, organized, a good communicator, rigorous, and have a strong ability to find solutions in a changing environment. You will leverage your field experience to deliver concrete business impact and take accountability for results
* You are proficient in English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage
