Your Impact
* Lead the People Solutions – Training Operation Team.
* Manage and supervise an international team of 3 individuals, delegate tasks, monitor work progress, and evaluate performance.
* Operate in a national and international network and represent the interests of PwC Switzerland within the PwC Europe and the interests and requirements of PwC CH in global calls. Maintain regular contact with IT and data protection colleagues to ensure smooth system usage.
* Coordinate with the global L&D team to assess adjustments resulting from global decisions and regular system updates for PwC Switzerland, implementing necessary changes in cooperation with responsible colleagues.
* Independently identify and manage projects arising from process changes, releases, or customer feedback, coordinating tasks in consultation with department management.
* Advise stakeholders on creating training events, sharing possibilities within the Learning Management System, including all functions (emails, setup, etc.), and oversee the rollout of training.
* Act as the main contact for reporting inquiries and frequent questions regarding the system and our delivered services.
* Streamline existing processes based on training needs analysis to better meet the needs of each Line of Service, establish a new SLA, and identify opportunities for team performance improvement.
* Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals.
* Manage changes within the team, assisting members in adapting to new processes, systems, or initiatives.
Your Skill Set
* Experience in setting up and managing learning management systems (LMS) or other HR systems, with knowledge of Cornerstone or comparable systems.
* Passion for learning and development, with a knack for solving complex problems.
* Fast-paced, autonomous, energetic, and self-motivated individual.
* Experienced in handling conflicting priorities during high workload periods.
* Strategic thinker and innovative implementor capable of transforming work efficiently.
* Good communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
* Solid understanding of digital technologies and proficiency in relevant tools.
* Able to recognize and understand the functionality of various digital tools and software in learning and development, including LMS, content authoring tools, project management software, and data analytics tools.
* Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows using digital tools.
* Bachelor's or Graduate degree from a university or business school.
* At least 4 years of professional experience in human resources.
* Fluent in English (mandatory) and German (preferred).
