Responsibilities
Sales
* Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to meet market goals.
* Understand market trends and stay ahead of competitors.
* Oversee day-to-day sales activities and ensure effective execution.
Strategy
* Analyze market situation, competitor activity, and team performance.
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
* Contribute to product development under your responsibility.
Operations
* Monitor budgets, control expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
* BUILD RELATIONS WITH SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES.
* Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, visa preparation, and marketing material distribution.
Staff Management
* Motivate sales teams, set individual and team goals, and conduct performance reviews.
* Identify staffing needs and develop successful recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
* 5+ years of work experience.
* Strong business acumen, commercial instincts, and leadership ability.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fully fluent in Italian and professional in written and verbal English.
