Job Description
* Ensure compliance with domestic and international trade regulations
* Conduct internal audits to assess compliance levels
* Develop and implement trade compliance programs and procedures
* Provide training to staff on trade compliance matters
* Work closely with logistics teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations
* Stay abreast of changes to trade laws and regulations
* Resolve any issues arising from trade non-compliance
* Report to management on compliance matters and proposed changes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Trade Compliance Specialist should have:
* A degree in Business, Law, Logistics or a related field
* Knowledge of domestic and international trade regulations
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills in English and German
* Experience in a similar role within the Business Services industry
