Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with the GBS Team and auditors to resolve CertIQ issues.
2. Prepare client offers by gathering necessary information and resources.
3. Manage audit schedules and deadlines in CertIQ, ensuring timely completion.
4. Maintain accurate records in the CertIQ database and CRM system.
5. Resolve client concerns and address their needs promptly.
6. Communicate with clients before and after audits to ensure a smooth process.
7. Approve auditor invoices in a timely manner.
8. Upload relevant documents to Sharepoint and ePac platforms.
9. Act as a deputy for back office employees during vacation periods.
Required Qualifications
1. A basic commercial education and any additional training or certifications.
2. Significant experience in the same role, ideally with a proven track record.
3. Proficiency in German and strong English language skills.
4. Highly skilled in modern PC applications and software.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
