Business Development Manager - ERP Cloud Consulting Sales
*MUST HAVE IT / ERP CONSULTING COMPANY EXPERIENCE*
Experienced Business Development Manager with a very strong sales track record within the IT / ERP sector is required by our client.
Our client is the leading professional and managed service provider of SAP enterprise applications running on hyperscale cloud infrastructure. Our objective is to delight our customers every day by reducing the cost and increasing the agility of their SAP systems. We do this with our continuous innovation, automation, migration, and operations delivered on the world's most comprehensive cloud platforms.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can successfully work the "Hunting" route to market.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and qualified opportunities from decision makers in the CH / Swiss SAP market;
Work with the Subject Matter Experts in converting leads and qualified opportunities into closed deals, including organizing demos, workshops, webinars, and other interactions;
Work with the Managing Director to ensure commercially attractive and viable, profitable commercial propositions are made to convert leads and qualified opportunities into closed deals.
To assist you in achieving those targets, you will be assigned secondary responsibilities for:
Building and maintaining constructive working relationships with the wider team;
Building and maintaining the client network of ‘known decision makers’ in the SAP EMEA market, particularly for SAP Technology areas within those companies;
Building a relationship with ‘known SAP Technology decision makers’ to assist in targeting those decision makers for Software and Service Solutions on a ‘just in time’ basis;
Building and maintaining a relationship with assigned Software providers with which we have (more or less) exclusive arrangements of representation within the US market.
Qualifications:
The right candidate is an entrepreneurial spirit, who understands the potential and is comfortable with the relatively high level of initial risk.
IT Consulting / Logo Partner experience - MUST
Very strong demonstrable IT ERP Sales / IT Cloud Consulting Sales track record.
More recently, he/she has moved into a more solution and commercial role and has been successful in that role. He/she is confident in his/her ability to achieve revenue and margin targets. Opening doors comes easy. Building constructive relationships is part of the passion.
