Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Overall Management: Overall management of the project.
* Client Representation: Represent the company towards the Client.
* Project Planning: Plan the execution of the project in compliance with defined timing.
* Resource Estimation: Estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals.
* Liaison: Liaise with project team components on an ongoing basis.
* Progress Monitoring: Monitor the overall work progress and take suitable measures to prevent delays.
* Cost Control: Control the costs and take measures to prevent budget overrun.

* Best Practices: Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
* Budget Proposals: Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Requirements:
* Education: University Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Languages: Fluent written and spoken English.
* Software Knowledge: Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a strong command of the MS Office environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project).
* Familiarity with Primavera: Familiarity with Primavera or similar software for project planning and scheduling would be advantageous.
Experience:
* Work Experience: A minimum of 15 years work experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry in the same position.
Skills:

* Organizing Skills: Self-motivated with strong organizing skills.
