is looking for a Functional Analyst for its Tech for Finance team inside the Technology department.
Job Description
The profile researched will assist the team to perform the following tasks:
1. Evaluate the need covered and the benefit expected and to coordinate all the activities with Finance content, related to Technology Area Projects (including accounting processes, EPM and economics reporting etc) considering business requirements and deliverables expected at different company levels
2. Support the proper formalization of the activities, their planning to reach the benefits expected in time and the related documentation, supporting Finance and Data Governance in its production.
3. Supporting activities related to Maintenance planning, managing internal and external priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Identify, understand and analyse functional needs deriving from different company areas, with a Finance oriented approach
5. Support the team to be a point of reference for finance topics for stakeholders coming from other company Functions
6. Helps the business understand the data and find insights that enable the company to take data driven decisions
7. Manage schedules and deadlines in cross team projects developments
Qualifications
Essential
8. Bachelor or master degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Physics or similar fields
9. Knowledge and experience of main Project management concepts and frameworks
10. Used to Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides…)
11. Fluent in English both written and spoken with a high level of communication skills
Desirable
12. Work experience in digital and e-commerce business
13. SQL knowledge or other database query languages
14. Familiarity with Analytics tool ( QlikView, Spotfire, Tableau)

15. Problem solving and decision making skills, it is essential to have a spirit of adaptation in order to be able to get the required result
16. Proactivity and strategic approach
17. Ability to interface with business stakeholders by presenting and negotiating valid solutions
18. Passionate about digital world, ambitious and motivated with a can-do attitude
19. High attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time, successfully able to meet deadlines
20. Strong team player with a willingness to challenge existing processes and applications
