Job Responsibilities
* Support the Western Europe desk with new client onboarding.
* Establish initial contact with prospects and maintain continuous follow-up in coordination with the Regional Sales Team.
* Provide comprehensive support to Sales team members to ensure high service levels and meet team targets.
* Handle incoming calls from prospects, clients, and other departments.
* Manage general internal and external correspondence and mailing.
* Review account forms for completeness and correctness.
* Conduct customer due diligence checks and perform identification via video conference.
* Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, and payment departments for seamless account opening and funding.
Requirements
* Pursuing a Master's degree in Economics or Finance.
* Fluent French as a native speaker and English proficiency, with a third European language as a strong asset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ambitious self-starter eager to achieve and exceed targets.
* Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, rapidly growing bank.
* Open-minded and team-oriented spirit.
