Head of Facility Management Services (German Speaking)
Koality is hiring on behalf of a valued client for the position of Head of Facility Management Services. This critical role oversees facility management services within a defined region or country, focusing on operational excellence, service delivery, and leadership in both hard and soft services.
Your Main Responsibilities
Operational Oversight : Oversee all facility management (FM) services in your assigned region, ensuring operational efficiency and high service standards.
Process Improvement : Continuously seek opportunities to enhance organizational and process structures to achieve better results.
Team Leadership : Provide strong leadership to inspire performance and foster growth across a dynamic team.
Contract Management : Manage contractual deliverables, ensuring compliance, cost-saving initiatives, and client satisfaction are achieved.
Comprehensive Service Delivery : Lead FM services covering hard and soft services, including health, safety, environment (HSE), energy optimization, and food management.
Cost Management : Balance client requests with cost-effective service delivery while maintaining high internal standards.
Strategic Alignment : Drive services, projects, and programs aligned with client goals, including total cost of ownership (TCO) targets and project outcomes.
Innovative Solutions : Implement innovative, analytical approaches to problem-solving and value creation in FM services and the supply chain.
Portfolio-Wide Initiatives : Execute initiatives such as energy programs, training and development, HSE compliance, and succession planning.
Financial Oversight : Manage financial performance, ensuring expenditures align with budgets and producing variance analyses.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and best practices within FM services.
Data-Driven Analysis : Analyse complex financial and business reports, generating solutions and corrective actions as needed.
Your Profile
Educational Background : A degree in engineering, property management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience : A minimum of 8 years in an integrated FM role across multiple regions or in a cross-functional outsourced environment.
Certifications : Recognized professional qualifications in facilities management.
Service-Oriented Mindset : A proactive and motivated individual with a strong commitment to service excellence and understanding customer needs.
Problem-Solving Skills : Proven ability to offer creative and technical solutions in diverse situations.
Language Skills : Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
Business Acumen : Strong reporting and business case preparation skills.
