The International PR Manager plays a vital role in the PR & Entertainment team, driving innovation and engaging with new audiences through strategic PR initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
1. Drive the Implementation of New PR Formats
Develop unused formats, such as paid editorials, advertorials, talks, and panels, to engage with global and regional teams. Lead PR campaigns for the Made of Makers program, from initial briefing to final delivery of PR assets and roll out to markets. Build lasting relationships with key publishers to maximize PR coverage. Collaborate with a curated community of Watch Opinion Leaders to strengthen share of voice. Stay up-to-date on trends and marketing landscapes to create innovative initiatives that boost Maison storytelling on PR touchpoints.
1. Cross-Functional Project Management
Craft and consolidate toolboxes for major international PR activations. Accompany regions and markets in implementing local PR initiatives. Ensure timely delivery of allocated projects at the highest level of quality. Manage allocated budgets per project (plan, track expenditures, and follow up with suppliers). Consolidate comprehensive reports on each PR activation, tracking performances and identifying key learnings and best practices.
Your Profile
1. Required Experience and Skills
5 to 8 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or communications within the luxury industry (horology, fashion, beauty, etc.). Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to develop working relationships across all levels of the organization. Ability to build a network and foster relationships with the Press and Watch Opinion Leaders. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of DMR platform is considered an asset. Bilingual in English/French, with strong writing skills. Any additional language is an advantage.
