Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will work within the automation division in close collaboration with our Quality and Production departments and act as a true team player.
Tâches & responsabilités
* Support and implement continuous improvement of existing production lines.
* Provide expertise in automation processes and support maintenance in troubleshooting.
* Manage projects and collaborate with suppliers or integrators.
* Participate in the development and implementation of technical projects and improvements managed by the Engineering department.
* Challenge and coordinate subcontractors to ensure the high level of quality, efficiency, and performance expected from the equipment.
Compétences professionnelles
* HES Engineer or ES Technician in Automation/Industrial Systems or equivalent title.
* Solid professional experience in the development and maintenance of automated systems.
* Experience with Siemens S7, TIA, WinCC, and Beckhoff; PCS7 and B&R are a plus.
* Knowledge of general robotics and programming (preferably Staubli; ABB; FANUC).
* Knowledge of industrial vision (if possible Cognex and/or Keyence).
* Understanding of qualification & validation processes in a pharmaceutical environment.
* Mastery of technical English (oral and written), technical German is a plus.
* Knowledge of OPCUA interfaces / Ethernet Network / EtherCat.
