Job Description: To support our Brand Experience Department we are looking for an INTERN TRADE MARKETING ASSETS & EXPERIENCE (%)

The Intern Trade Marketing Assets & Experience is supporting two Trade Marketing Specialists in project management and global implementation of various trade marketing assets, such as Printed Materials, Visual Assets, Gifts, Special packaging and supports in conceptualizing and implementing IWC’s boutique experience. The Intern Trade Marketing Assets & Experience reports to the Project Manager Trade Marketing Assets.
YOUR MISSION AT IWC: Support in project management, development, implementation and monitoring of: Printed Materials (Catalogues, CRM-cards, Stationary), Visual Watch Assets, Gifts, Special packaging, Boutique Experience.
Research and definition of Boutique-Experiences and innovations.
Project Management support: smooth, efficient and profitable project completion on budget & time.
Handling of all related topics such as supplier-negotiation and supplier handling.
Order management support in collaboration with markets worldwide.
Logistical management in collaboration with the internal logistics-department.
SAP-Handling of Trade Marketing Articles: Article-creation and -maintenance, article fact sheets, Sharepoint.
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY: Bachelor or Master degree with a major in Business and/or Marketing.
First working experience and pronounced project management-skills are a plus.
SAP-experience is a plus.
Proactive attitude and a hands-on/service-oriented mentality.
Exact, insistent and dainty way of working with a strong eye for details also in stressful situations.
Highly stress-resistant personality that easily communicates in an international environment.
Full business proficiency in English.
