The Role:
This role will primarily focus on go-to-market (GTM) activities related to Rail & Transit industry. You will combine deep industry and technology expertise to shape value propositions and digital solutions to help reinvent and transform their core value chain, specifically in Digital Rail & Transit Operation.
Role Responsibility:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Support Accenture’s go-to-market for Industry X in Rail & Transit, working closely with account teams and business services teams from idea to delivery.
* Actively engage in the marketplace to drive awareness of our Industry X proposition with targeted clients (tradeshows, research-led thought leadership, client roadshows).
* Develop a Digital Rail & Transit Operation focused sales campaign, aligned to the needs of our Rail & Transit clients across EMEA.
* Develop and sustain new/existing relationships with client executives.
* Proactively work with clients to shape the digital transformation of their operations. Lead client workshops and develop sales materials.
* Work with client account teams to develop pro-active proposals, respond to RFPs, develop differentiated value propositions, and shape digital transformation solutions.
* Leverage Accenture's assets, industry, technology and consulting expertise to develop value focused propositions for our clients.
* Review solution plans, estimates and proposals.
* Lead the delivery of specific Industry X opportunities in Rail & Transit industries.
* Work closely with our product development and offering teams to define solutions that can be incorporated into our vertical offerings and support our solution/offering enhancements.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree, Advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
* Rail & Transit experience, specifically in Digital Rail & Transit Operation.
* Has led (multiple) digital transformation programs in the Rail & Transit industry.
* Strong experience in business development and sales in key Rail & Transit players across EMEA.
Preferred Skills:
* Tier 1 Rail & Transit company or Consulting company
* Speaks industry language.
* Quickly understands client business need and translates into value proposition.
* Can speak at CxO level.
* Sales leader able to develop and build relationships with new buyers and originate sales of end-to-end services offerings ranging from consulting to full scale software deployments.
* Exposure to Technical Industry solutions across the relevant domains.
* Has experience with outsourcing, systems integration, cloud, analytics, BPO, digital or any combination of these services.
* Experienced in developing and closing large value deals over multi-year contract terms.
