Senior Manager Global SCM Learning
Fostering Skill Development and a Strong Learning Culture:
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing skill development programs, scaling learning content across our global organization, and creating a strong learning culture. This goes beyond traditional L&D - it's about empowering every member of our SCM community to grow both professionally and personally.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Create Engaging Learning Experiences: Develop impactful learning experiences addressing the specific needs within SCM, ensuring content is relevant, practical, and actionable for employees worldwide.
2. Content Creation & Delivery: Collaborate with SMEs and Learning Champions to design high-quality learning content, overseeing delivery through diverse methods such as workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior SCM stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives meet business needs.
4. Program Management: Manage learning program implementation, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency. Continuously monitor and refine programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.
5. Community, Communication & Engagement: Promote learning offerings through clear communication strategies, fostering a vibrant learning community by engaging employees, SMEs, and Learning Champions in ongoing conversations about development opportunities.
6. Measuring Learning Impact: Develop metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and impact. Use data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI and continuously improve learning strategies.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1. L&D Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing effective learning programs using diverse methods and technologies.
2. Supply Chain Knowledge: Familiarity with SCM principles and industry trends is an advantage but not mandatory.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data to identify trends, skill gaps, and training needs, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
4. Digital Tools Expertise: Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning design tools.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presenting ideas clearly and tailoring messages for different audiences.
6. Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating with various stakeholders, including senior leaders, peers, internal teams, external vendors, and educational institutions.
7. Project Management: Competence in managing L&D projects from briefing to delivery, coordinating project resources and team members.
8. Continuous Learning: Strong commitment to personal and professional development, staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or a related field; 8 years of relevant work experience in multinational environment with regional or matrix organization exposure.
