Job Description
* Provide first and second-level IT support to users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
* Help manage and maintain server infrastructure, including server management, SCCM, virtual machines, and Active Directory.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
* Support and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.
* Provide VIP support to executive team members, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
* Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent and reliable IT services across all locations.
* Document and maintain IT support procedures and knowledge base articles.
* Assist in IT projects and initiatives as required.
The Successful Applicant
* Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
* Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably within the financial sector (banking, trading, insurance, financial services).
* Strong knowledge of system administration, including server management, SCCM, virtual machines, and Active Directory.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to provide high-quality VIP support and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
