Junior Commercial Controller - Your future role?
We are looking for a proactive Junior Commercial Controller to join our dynamic European Controlling team in Kemptthal. You will support multiple controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and performance analysis. You will work with teams to ensure financial processes are managed and provide valuable insights to help improve business performance.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Help prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the European region.
* Support in the preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy and submission.
* Conduct variance analysis and provide relevant insights on financial performance.
* Help improve controlling processes.
* Help prepare presentations for management meetings, providing financial updates and analysis.
* Collaborate with our teams to ensure understanding between financial performance and business strategy.
* Support ad hoc financial reporting requests.
You have:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a controlling or financial analysis role.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Proficiency in applications of MS-Office (incl. Power Pivot) and BI.
* Fluency in English.
* Experience with ERP systems.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills.
