Comparable to an airplane pilot who bears the great responsibility for safe take-offs and landings, the controller in finance is responsible for achieving corporate goals using business "navigation methods." YOUR TASKS
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including hard close according to IFRS
Preparation of financial key figures and variance analyses, as well as monthly reporting to the group and station management
Lead the budgeting, the business plan, and the rolling forecasts
Creation of liquidity plans and cash controlling
Development of fact-based decision-making foundations for investments
Contact person in financial matters for the operational business and the auditing company
Participation in management and board meetings of the supervised business unit
Participation in cross-departmental and nationwide projects (tenders, cost optimizations, process improvements, customer calculations, etc.)
Support of financial matters for Station Zurich
Support in M&A
YOUR PROFILE
Completed studies and/or specialized further education as Business, Economist, Controller, or comparable
Profound accounting and controlling knowledge, including IFRS accounting standards, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
High IT affinity with solid knowledge of SAP R/3 FI/CO and proficiency in the MS Office suite
Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
