Job Description
Jetcost is looking for a Google Ads Specialist for its Metasearch team in Chiasso (Switzerland).
The ideal candidate is reliable with strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach. He/She will play a key role in the performance marketing team, becoming part of the squad in charge of all the paid traffic channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and improving search campaign performance on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
* Analyzing marketing campaign data to measure performance and identify areas for optimization, including creating reports and presentations to share findings with the team and other stakeholders.
* Identify innovative solutions to enhance growth and performance while effectively addressing and resolving any campaign performance issues.
Qualifications
Essential
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Proven performance marketing experience (at least 2 years).
* Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
* Good with one or more bid management tools (Google Ads, etc.).
* Strong analytical approach and results-driven mindset.
* Ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of complex data from multiple sources.
* Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, and dynamic working environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Desirable
* Experience working in a metasearch/travel company.
* Degree in maths, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

Selection process steps:
* HR interview (10-30 minutes).
* 1st interview (Manager): soft skills + technical knowledge.
* Test step online or offline.
* 2nd interview (Hiring Manager): Test review.
* 3rd interview (Hiring Manager + team member): team discussion.
* Only for senior roles: final meeting (30 mins) with the Director.
* Offer extended.
