Automotive Aftermarket Training Project Manager

Mission:
The NEXUS Service department is responsible for all products, tools and services for independent garages and distributors:
* Platforms (parts ordering, training, lead generation, etc.)
* Solutions (technical information, technical assistance, etc.)
N! Academy is a cornerstone of the training services offered to the extensive NAI community. The new role of N! Academy Training Project Manager will support the expansion of the training offer and play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the training experience offered to the community.
Responsibilities:
The N! Academy Training Project Manager is responsible for all the functions involved in creating the training content offered under the N! Academy umbrella, from content creation to training coordination. He/she must ensure that learner experiences are optimized for different types of users and consistently meet their expectations. To this end, he/she will carry out the following activities to ensure the overall success of the N! Academy programmes covering products, technical, service advising, parts management, quality, warranties:
* Design programme development and planning
* Create and oversee content management
* Coordinate training delivery and execution
* Collaborate with stakeholders and partners
* Evaluate and monitor program effectiveness
* Implement continuous improvement and innovation
* Ensure compliance and quality assurance
* Develop and maintain core competencies
Experience and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Automotive Technology
* 10+ years of work experience in automotive technical repair and diagnostics
* Experience in Passenger-Car and Heavy-Duty
* Ability to travel
