Key Responsibilities
* Independent and accountable management of your territory with full revenue responsibility
* Acquisition of new customers and comprehensive support for existing clients
* Building and expanding a customer network

* Operating room support and technical assistance
* Product training and education for customers
* Organizing and conducting workshops and regional events
* Representing the company at conferences and symposia
* Reporting through a CRM system
Requirements
* Completed medical or business-related education
* Extensive sales experience in medical technology, preferably in orthopedics/traumatology
* Ideally, an existing network with orthopedic surgeons, trauma surgeons, spine surgeons, or neurosurgeons in your region
* Operating room experience
* Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems (e.g., DRG system) and hospital business structures (e.g., purchasing groups, hospital chains)
* High level of social competence, empathy, and responsibility
* Independent, solution-oriented, and structured work approach
* Team player with strong motivation and commitment
* Willingness to learn and grow professionally
* High resilience, flexibility, and dedication
* Reliability and strong negotiation skills
* Assertiveness and persuasiveness
* Willingness to travel
* Fluency in French (spoken and written) and good English & German skills
