Job Title: Eastern Europe Clinical Senior Distribution Sales Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Clinical Business Unit as an Eastern Europe Clinical Senior Distribution Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key distributors in the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
2. Develop Strategic Relationships: Build strong partnerships with local distributors to increase visibility and market share for Waters' products and services.
3. Market and Promote Waters Solutions: Plan and execute marketing initiatives to showcase the value proposition of Waters' products and services.
4. Customer Engagement: Regularly visit customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive lasting business impact.
5. Technical Competency: Stay up-to-date on Waters' solutions and be recognized as a credible resource by customers.
6. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitive information, and emerging applications in the Clinical and Forensic markets.
7. Collaborate with Marketing Team: Provide insights to support business development programs and initiatives.
8. Utilize Sales Tools: Leverage sales contact management tools and applications to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Forecasting and Planning: Submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts and develop business plans to achieve sales goals.
10. Pipeline Management: Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecasting sessions with channel partners to ensure alignment and progress towards sales targets.
Requirements
1. Relevant Experience: 5-10 years of experience in global channel sales and sales management, with a proven track record of relationships and results with indirect sales channels.
2. Sales Performance: A history of exceeding assigned sales quota in contiguous, multiple years.
3. Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in a scientific field such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry.
4. Chromatography Experience: At least 3 years of experience in chromatography, preferably UPLC, Mass Spec, field sales, and/or marketing.
5. Personal Qualities: Action orientation, self-driven results, good communication and presentation skills, organizational and planning abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
