On behalf of an international company based near Rolle, we are searching for an Administrative Assistant (80%-100%) for a 6-month assignment.
Responsibilities:
* Organize the logistics surrounding onsite trainings for new and existing customers.
* Work with the Marketing and Commercial teams as well as the relevant members of the EIMEA Steering Committee to coordinate and host VIP reference site visits.
* Host customers during a training course or visit, ensuring the center is kept clean and tidy, beverages and lunches are provided when needed, and the facilities are kept well stocked.
* Work with the Marketing and Operations team to coordinate and facilitate events.
Minimum Requirements:
* CFC or maturity degree.
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar position within an international company.
* Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
* Fluent in English and French.
* Rigorous, detail-oriented, with a very good team spirit.
