Our company is quoted on SIX with worldwide operations, with our headquarters based in Steinhausen, Zug.The Head of Consolidation and Reporting is responsible for overseeing the global consolidation of financial statements and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across the organization. This role involves managing the consolidation process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for all global entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial data, and managing intercompany eliminations and reconciliations.Prepare and review consolidated financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, interim, and annual reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS) and coordinating with external auditors for annual audits and regulatory filings.Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures related to consolidation and reporting, monitoring and improving internal controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.Manage Audit Committee matters and maintain relationships with group auditors.Update and maintain the Accounting Manual.Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.Work closely with the group finance team to coordinate all aspects of financial and business planning, consolidations, and reporting.Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies, support business units with financial planning and analysis, and drive initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and profitability.Coordinate tax, banking, audit, and other reporting across global organizations.Consolidate and prepare all monthly financial statements and reports in Tagetik.Coordinate global Tagetik data submissions, forecasts, results, analysis, and modeling.Manage Tagetik, implement improvements, and act as a group key user.Analyze global financial results and performance, including performance against monthly forecasts and the budget.Challenge and standardize reporting standards and methodology across all global regions.Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support on business unit profitability, departmental costs, and other performance metrics.Support special projects to deliver on overall growth and profitability initiatives.Support global IFS ERP project to Cloud.Qualifications:Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred.Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.Proven experience in managing complex consolidation processes for multinational organizations.Experience and proficiency in CCH Tagetik or equivalent required.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial consolidation software and ERP systems (IFS).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and adhere to set deadlines.Ability to lead and influence people across a global organization.Experience building and leading a team.Why should you apply?We offer you entrepreneurship and trust: the opportunity to take responsibility and be accountable.You will be joining a team of enthusiastic and passionate professionals.You will be working on marketing and selling unique products. end-to-end.
