The Business Manager at KLANIK aims to support the development and sustainability of the Business Unit in which they operate through:
Defining an appropriate commercial strategy
Smart prospecting: identifying the client's decision-making process, contacting the right person, scheduling as many meetings as possible with minimal resources (a phone and common sense!)
Converting prospects into clients: being able to qualify and challenge the needs, propose an optimal solution in a short timeframe, negotiate, and ensure the project starts under the best conditions
Recruiting and managing a team of 10 to 15 full-time engineer talents to carry out these projects
Detecting new business opportunities by maintaining a strong field presence with clients and engineering consultants

Required Profile
You hold a Master’s degree from a recognized business school or university
You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position
You already have experience in an IT services company (ESN) on the Geneva market
You have excellent interpersonal skills
