Job Title
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at a leading MedTech company in the Grisons area.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, schedule and perform service visits with end users according to regional responsibility.
* Carry out installations, annual preventive maintenance service, repair service and corrective actions at the end customer.
* Perform electrical safety tests according to EN62353 standards.
* Record customer complaints with full information and documentation in the complaint management system.
* Liaise with back office and sales department teams.
* Provide technical training to users as required.
* Conduct stock takes and maintain car stock/inventory accurately.
* Serve as a company ambassador when visiting customers.
* Ensure timely submission of all paperwork to the end customer and supervisor.
* Offer technical support to sales/marketing teams during trade fairs, exhibitions, demonstrations, etc.
Requirements:
* A completed apprenticeship in Electrical, Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering, with a strong affinity for technology and processes, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in comparable roles.
* Technical expertise in electronics, electromechanics, and/or biomedical engineering, with related experience in field-support and technical service activities an advantage.
* Proven experience with reading and interpreting device diagnostics and/or troubleshooting mechanical ventilation devices.
* High customer focus and service skills, with a positive attitude and ability to communicate with all stakeholders clearly and tactfully.
* Solid experience in building and maintaining business relationships with customers and partners, as well as understanding customer needs.
* Good computer literacy, standard operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with complaint management systems an advantage.
* Natural persuasiveness and good presentation skills combined with a proactive service attitude.
* Experience with clinical workflows and processes would be advantageous.
* A valid driving license is required.
* The ability to speak, write, and read English and German (fluent or native speaker), with other languages being an advantage.
