Job Responsibilities
1. Manage property and company accounts, ensuring full compliance with internal and local regulations.
2. Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets for multiple real estate entities.
3. Oversee receivables/payables tracking and assist in preparing tax assessments in line with legal requirements.
4. Support the asset management team with daily accounting tasks, including P&L and cash flow analysis.
5. Enhance and maintain reporting models, integrating property management data seamlessly.
6. Coordinate with property and facility management teams and external service providers across Europe.
7. Contribute to strategic decision-making regarding building maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
8. Conduct on-site property visits as required to ensure operational standards are met.
9. Manage document control processes and actively participate in ongoing projects.
Qualifications
1. Proficiency in German, French, and English (B2 or higher).
2. Accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in IT systems and MS Office; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
