We are seeking a dynamic and creativeJunior Content Creator & Social Media Specialistto join our team at FoodYoung. In this hands-on role, you will lead our content creation efforts, manage our social media channels, and support our digital marketing initiatives. You'll capture high-quality videos and photos using your phone or camera, craft engaging multimedia content, and analyze digital performance to continuously improve our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
* Develop and design visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia content tailored to our target audiences.
* Write and edit compelling, high-quality copy for social media posts and digital campaigns.
* Brainstorm and implement creative ideas and strategies for content marketing initiatives.
Social Media Management
* Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
* Monitor and engage with followers, responding promptly to comments and messages.
* Review and analyze social media performance metrics to understand audience behavior and optimize content for increased engagement.
Digital Marketing
* Execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising initiatives.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven strategies that drive conversions and enhance brand visibility.
* Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and identify trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration
* Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and business goals.
* Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging digital tools to implement innovative digital strategies.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in capturing high-quality videos and photos using a camera or phone.
* Proficiency in using editing and video post-production tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
* Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, including content planning and scheduling.
* Excellent writing skills with a knack for crafting engaging copy for various digital channels.
* Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, email marketing, and social media analytics.
* Ability to multitask, work proactively, and take ownership of projects with a flexible, can-do attitude.
* Fluent in English.
