About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within the energy storage sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer demands.
* Develop and execute sales strategies based on market insights, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
* Proactively engage potential customers and nurture relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
* Establish and strengthen local distributor and EPC installer networks to drive product distribution and market expansion.
* Actively develop new sales channels and partnerships to ensure continuous business growth.
* Manage and grow relationships with existing and upcoming distributors and installers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
* Lead sales negotiations and contract processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
* Maintain a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and maximizing market penetration.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business Administration.
* Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
* Strong understanding of the Swiss energy market and its key players.
* Demonstrated experience in channel sales, distributor management, and EPC installer engagement.
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Fluency in English, French and/or German.
